Co-CEOHugo is an experienced finance and corporate development executive. He led Corporate Development at Amazon for Latin America, Europe, and MENA, where he executed strategic alliances and investments that enabled Amazon’s expansion into such regions. Previously, Hugo was a growth equity investor at Tresalia Capital and raised significant capital for Latin America's fastest-growing companies at Credit Suisse. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Co-CEOBárbara is a recognized leader in the fintech and entrepreneurship landscape in the region. As CFO and Mexico CEO at Bitso, she was instrumental in democratizing financial services in Latin America, raising over half a billion USD in capital and expanding the customer base to over 8 million users. Earlier, Bárbara was an investment banker at Lazard’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She actively advocates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Latin American startup ecosystem. Bárbara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Executive ChairmanAlberto is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience in building and scaling consumer-focused companies in Latin America. As the co-founder and former CEO of Grupo Axo, he led the company’s expansion into a leading multi-brand, multi-channel retail platform, representing over 30 global brands across 5,500 points of sale in Mexico and Chile. Alberto also serves as a Senior Advisor at General Atlantic, providing strategic counsel on investments in Mexico and the broader Latin America region. He is a board member of Endeavor Mexico, supporting high-impact entrepreneurship in the country.

CFOIgnacio has extensive experience in financial strategy and investments. As Head of Global Strategy at Tribal Credit, he led the company’s pivot to SME working capital lending across Latin America and the Middle East. Previously, he was an investor at Advent International, where he focused on growth and buyout opportunities across Latin America. Ignacio has also held business strategy roles at Solugen, a deep-tech pioneer in sustainable chemistry, and began his career in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking division. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
