Our mission

Renata Páez is a corporate lawyer with solid experience in M&A, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. She currently leads legal operations at Fillip México, advising on strategic matters including company formation, investment structures, and property acquisitions. Renata previously held roles at leading law firms such as Holland & Knight and TMI Abogados, with a focus on transactional and entertainment law. She holds a law degree and a specialty in commercial law from Universidad Panamericana.
