Maite Represas is an experienced People & Culture leader in Latin America’s fintech and startup ecosystem. She has built and scaled high-performing teams at global organizations and fast-growing fintechs, including Bitso, where she supported the company’s expansion across multiple countries in the region. Maite began her career in traditional banking, working alongside senior executives on digital transformation efforts that ignited her passion for aligning talent strategy with business goals. Her experience across LATAM has shaped her approach to building agile, resilient organizations that thrive in complex, high-growth environments.
