Our mission

Ana Vidal de la Peña is Chief of Staff at Fillip, where she leads strategic initiatives across the portfolio, manages cross-functional projects, and supports M&A integration, communications, and organizational efforts. Before joining Fillip, she worked in M&A and post-merger integration at Deloitte Consulting, where she advised leading consumer, retail, and tech companies across Latin America. Ana also held operational roles at Amazon, supporting the expansion of customer service operations across five countries in the region. She began her career in Europe, where she co-founded an e-commerce startup and worked on financial and social development projects in London, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Ana holds a double degree in Global Management and Law from the University of Navarra.
