Our mission

Mariana Ávila is a regional Human Resources specialist focused on scaling teams and professionalizing People & Talent functions within high-growth startups. She has led talent acquisition and development strategies across fintech, AI-driven digital marketing, and OTT media companies, working with organizations such as BBVA, Spin by FEMSA, BAZ, and Canela Media. Mariana has built core HR processes from scratch in fast-paced environments, aligning people operations with company culture and business goals. Her work spans teams in Mexico, the U.S., Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil. She holds a degree in Psychology from UVM and has completed specialized training in HR Business Partnership.
